Inspection coverage for the full production lifecycle

Six services, one promise: you always know the true state of your order before money or goods move.

Initial Quality Inspection

Our inspectors visit the factory at the very start of production, when 0–20% of goods are completed. We verify raw materials, components, machinery calibration and the first finished units against your approved sample and specification sheet. Deviations are flagged immediately so the factory can correct course before defects multiply across the full order.

  • Raw material & component verification
  • First-off unit comparison against golden sample
  • Production line & machinery readiness review
  • Specification and tolerance confirmation
  • Immediate corrective-action reporting

During Production Inspection

When 20–60% of your order is complete, we draw random samples straight from the line and inspect them against AQL standards. This mid-production checkpoint reveals systemic issues — workmanship drift, material substitution, assembly faults — while there is still time and inventory to fix them without delaying shipment.

  • AQL-based random sampling from the line
  • Workmanship & assembly quality checks
  • Dimension, weight & function testing
  • Production pace vs. delivery schedule review
  • Defect trend analysis with photo evidence

Pre-Shipment Inspection

Once production is complete and at least 80% of goods are packed, we perform a statistically valid random inspection to ISO 2859-1 (ANSI/ASQ Z1.4) AQL standards. Function, safety, labelling, barcodes, packaging drop tests and shipping marks are all verified — so you release payment and book freight with total confidence.

  • ISO 2859-1 AQL sampling & classification
  • Function, safety & performance testing
  • Labelling, barcode & regulatory mark checks
  • Carton drop test & packaging integrity
  • Same-day pass/fail recommendation

Container Loading Supervision

Our inspector is present for the full loading process: verifying container condition and cleanliness, confirming carton quantities against the packing list, monitoring careful handling and optimal stuffing, and witnessing the final seal. You receive the seal number and full photographic record within 24 hours.

  • Container condition & weatherproofing check
  • Carton count vs. packing list verification
  • Random carton opening & product verification
  • Loading, stuffing & handling supervision
  • Seal witnessing with documented seal number

Fabric Inspection

Before fabric is cut into garments or home textiles, our inspectors grade every roll on a calibrated inspection table using the 4-point (or 10-point) system. We check for weaving defects, holes, shade banding across the roll, GSM (fabric weight) consistency and colour fastness — giving you a clear accept/reject decision per roll before costly cutting and stitching begins.

  • 4-point / 10-point fabric grading system
  • Shade variation & colour consistency check
  • GSM (fabric weight) verification
  • Weaving and Knitting Defects
  • Roll-by-roll accept/reject documentation

Warehouse Inspection

For goods held in a supplier's warehouse or a third-party logistics facility, we conduct full stock audits — verifying quantities against your records, checking storage conditions such as humidity control, pest management and stacking height, confirming FIFO/FEFO rotation, and inspecting for damage or degradation before goods are released or shipped.

  • Physical stock count vs. inventory records
  • Storage condition & warehouse hygiene audit
  • FIFO/FEFO stock rotation verification
  • Damage, moisture & pest inspection
  • Racking, stacking & safety compliance check
